If this coolant contains, what they have written, then it should work. But it seems to be some unknown brand. Some people only add water in their cars and still they are running but there is no protection in using only water. Coolant mainly have antifreeze properties, which are not required for weather like Karachi now a days. It also contain additive (chemicals) which protect metallurgy used in radiator and engine passages, where it is circulating. Only water causes greenish scaling and block the passages so heat is not removed from engine properly and hot engine put more stress on lubricant, which deteriorate with time and causes other problems.
