Need good mechanic for Platz 2000 Mannual

Dear all I have Platz model 2000 manual from last 2 yr. I am trying to search for good mechanic in Karachi.

Currently I am getting service from Karimabad area but not satisfied, as every time I go there for routine oil filter / air filter and engine oil change, my car starts performing badly and need to go again to this mechanic again.

I have doubts the mechanic is getting some advantages. Because always car creating problems after routine oil and air filter change

i also need to know about a good car mechanic and electrician for platz 2003,auto.
engine is swapped with 1.3L, the reason of swapping was bcoz of car overheated and got seized before purchase.
now this engine has also got weakened. the overheating issue still persists.
mechanic said engine chal jaegi 8-10 mahinay, keep an eye on water level and oil level and maintain the regular oil and filter change.
probably the T-valve is removed and fan is direct now.water level in radiator is still dropping. i see very few and very tiny bubbles in the radiator neck.
the usual mechanics don't go step by step to diagnose the cause and correct it. they just give you car running on the visit and quote,"chalao jab tak chalti hai, masla karay to ajana."
so i need to know any mechanic who can do proper examination of the cooling system, like pressure test etc and diagnose the root cause and correct it.
p.s car is bought by my lil brother and he is in khi.

If you want to stay tension free you should replace the assembly plus/minus radiator. If you are low on budget, replace the gasket only.
