Need guidance about valuation of used Honda CBR 250

Assalam-u-Alaikum!
Dear all, I need guidance as to how we can analyze the value of a used Honda CBR 250. To be specific, it's a 2014 Honda CBR 250 with 50K+ on Odometer. The owner says it's completely road legal with all documents and 2018 Regn.
Any help in the matter would be greatly appreciated.
