Need guidance alto vxl booking?

Aoa need guidance. A show room is asking me following for alto vxl booking

1. payorder 17,54,500 filer status +
2. 29k cash (12k extended warranty+7k jumbo pack+10k reg number)

And booking will be done by end of this month if paid tomorrow. Is this normal or asking extra? Should I book or not?

i) why can't they provide provisional booking order?
ii) the need to pay29k right now when the vehicle isn't delivered?
