We are living three family(three brothers) in a double story home. Now i want my own electricity connection so that i can use electricity independently. I went to fesco office for a new connection and submit my file. Clerk told me your file will be rejected untill you pay Rs 28000 to me then he will manage to approve it. Eventually they rejected my file and didn't send any objection letter.
Is this the only way to get a new connection?If you have some solution please guide me. Share your experiences
