Sending product outwards (exporting) is not a big issue. It's on the receiving side, your friend, who needs to worry about the customs and the sales taxes, income taxes, etc. Most likely your friend has the margins grossly over estimated and your business plan will be difficult to scale up in Ireland. But you might be able to make enough money in Pakistan to setup one of those little sweatshops. 
If you have large number of Ireland based friends who routinely move between Pakistan and Ireland, you can smuggle your jackets in too if the customs are super high and if they're not all pathans :D.
