Need help about Corolla Altis 2012 Alloy Rims

I have corolla Gli 2012 and I want to upgrade to Altis 2012 Alloys Rims. The market full of fake and Chinese one.

The dealership Toyota Capital said that they have Genuine Altis Rims made of Thailand.

Can experts @xulfiqar @capsat help me how to identify that the this is genuine and original Alloy Rim of Altis not of Chinese one?? Is any identification of Genuine Altis Rims???

They quoted me 38K but i am confusing about that rims are genuinely made from Thailand or copy of Chinese. Is there is identification mark to identify for genuine rims.????

Well today i went for changing my tyres and i inquired shopkeeper about the genuine altis alloys. he quoted me 40k for the alloys genuine and 25k for the clones.

I think may be you should buy from someone who is selling their genuine alloys. Or maybe visit a friend who has genuine alloys take pictures and go to market and compare everything with genuine one. thats one way to go

hehehehe you have very good sense of humor... I checked whole isb/rwp market they are full of clones. My car is company maintained and owner of company said that they have original and genuine rims with 6 months warranty. And now confused about original rims either they have or not.

Someone said to me that original rims have a barcode sticker, tlc sticker and made in Thailand sticker. Not confirm yet.

Bro I have good relations with dealership owner. I met with owner on Saturday for rim queries. And will meet him personally for rim query. If they would genuine then install them on the spot.. BTW who is the friend of you at which dealership???

I have some contacts at Toyota Royal Motors , Rahim yar khan.
Well he is a CSR there but he has been with the owner of dealership more than 10 years. So he has control over things there.

Hmm... Thanks for your suggestion. BTW Rims made me too mad in scorching heat of summer....

There is a difference between a copy and original ones.
Firstly, there are two depressing lines in one of the each bar of this rim. When you look at the original one the lines will extend from the center and vanish just before the outer. In case of chinese copy these two depression lines will extend all the way from center to the outer end.

Secondly, there is A grade copy that is just like the original one, but the difference lies in the size and alignment for the hole of lug nuts. The A grade copy is tricky to judge.

I dont want to sound mad or anythung but today i asked the friend at dealership and he said if we ask indus directly to send us the alloy for parts it costs 56k per alloy.
Confused totally lol.
