I had wagonr vxl 2018. It suddenly stop/ miss acceleration and rpm starts to reduce without pressing the accelator. I lift up the feet and press it again then it starta working. It mostly happens on long routes.
is it showing any engine check light?
No engine light it comes to normal when i press thw padel again but with the same padel it starts to decrease suddenly.... Problem with the speed 60 and above
go get it checked with PS dealership.
Have seen this issue in more than 10 wagon r of 17 18 model......but an old one without drive by wire Don't have such issue
May be the accelerator sensor (Drive by wire system) has a flaw and when it does develop it take the car to Limp Mode causing this effect
Yup sometimes u turn on ac and suddenly move ur car it shows slight lag......I was thinking of swapping my Alto with wagon r but after the drive and road grip of car......I left the idea
Wagon R is a nice car. And every car can develop an issue. Plus all of us know about the quality product of Pak Suzuki.
Am i send it to suzuki or got fixed by local service provider..
2nd gear pick is also my main concern
Go to Suzuki dealership....but they will only do plug cleaning and throttle body wash.... nothing else
at suzuki you should first get it scanned. do let them do whatever they want

HAve the car scanned! Most Probably it is the Fly by Wire throttle! Throttle sensor...
Any resolution for this issue? Facing the same issue.Got checked with PS they asked to get fuel filter cleaned but after that the issue is still there.
I face this issue Computer Scanner Show Throttle body error code which was very dirty simply cleaned & Air mass flow sancer clean too issue resolved
