Need Help, Car Vibration

Couple of months ago, I had my suspension overhauled and been enjoying the ride for almost 4 months. Last week, I had the timing belt changed and right after that, the car started to shake at 80KM, I had many mechanics inspect the suspension, got wheel balance / alignment but nothing has helped so far. Can someone help me refer an educated mechanic who can troubleshoot with facts and don't make tukaay!

While on ring road, I switched off my car at 100km, the vibration and shaking was still there. I had the engine mounts checked too but no apparent wear n tear they say.

Then your car needs proper tuning and air fuel mixture adjustment.

Make sure your car rims or tyres are not bent and the tyre pressure is right.
