Need help for my cd 70

HI everybody , my cd 70 rectifier (charger) went bad so i went to get it replaced just , to find out that current from the coils (kara) white wire is coming and no current from the yellow wire , so the mechanic bypassed the yellow wire and now my headlight and battery are both on the single wire , is it safe?

Hi, rectifier is not charger. Charger is the coil, BTW if you rectifier is bad you should change it, and same is for the coil. No jugar is ever safe, always do the proper work.

@Hassan1991 Please tell if it is safe or not, as you have experience with bike wiring.

The 2 wires Yellow and White comes out of separate coils.
One is for head lights and other to charger the battery through rectifier (which converts ac to dc).
If you are using one wire for both work then current will get divided. No harm to bike. Just slow charging and headlight.
Although you can buy only one coil which is bad and get it changed. Can be simple as damage wire or coil behind the magnet.

Assalam o alaikum hassan bhai. i have change multiple rectifier in my cd70. but the voltage out for battery charging always increasing with the accelerator. what shoud i do. should i change coil or something else
