Need help for some minor issues in Mehran '10

As Salam o Alaikum
Need little guidance. I have some issues in Mehran '10 which I need to get fixed.
- Bonnet cover is not getting at right position and gets automatically opened sometime during driving.
- One indicator starts blinking in very fast speed.
- Gear is bit mis-placed as where I was having 3rd gear in actual, now it is neutral there.
- Some unknown sound is coming from engine (maybe my weham)
- went to get the tyre alignment and those guys told me to get the steering shaft issue resolved first from lath by some mechanic.

Actually, car was hit with green belt few days back and all other major issues got resolved by a dainter in G-10.

Now for remaining ones, I was thinking to go to Suzuki official workshop. Please confirm if it is okay?
Otherwise, please guide about the person in Islamabad where I can go for above issues.

  One of the indicator bulb is fused.

• Gear is bit mis-placed as where I was having 3rd gear in actual, now it is neutral there.
  Synchronizer need to be changed,

• Some unknown sound is coming from engine (maybe my weham)
  Check with the mechanic.

• went to get the tyre alignment and those guys told me to get the steering shaft issue resolved first from lath by some mechanic.
  Yes, get it fix.

get it checked from denter, he'll fix the lock
- One indicator starts blinking in very fast speed.
one or multiple bulbs are fused on that side
- Gear is bit mis-placed as where I was having 3rd gear in actual, now it is neutral there.in local language its called Gear ki Haddi, get it replaced
- Some unknown sound is coming from engine (maybe my weham)mechanic can check it

yes you'll need to get it done.

Getting confused about indicator issue. If bulb is fuse then how come it is blinking fast? Can you please clarify a bit?

Secondly, same question again, can you please suggest some good mechanic/workshop in Islamabad if I shouldn't go to Suzuki official?

Indicator blinking fast is indication that one or more bulbs of that side are not working.

I do not belong to Islamabad/Rawalpindi so I can't recommend anyone from there.
