Need Help How to Sale a Vehicle on Installment to a third person

Respected all sinere members i need some help from you. I had posted a ad for my vehicle on pak wheels.com. now I am getting calls from buyers to give the vehicle with 50 - 70 present on cash and rest of money they will give after 30 or 60 days. If I agreed to the above terms. What documents should I take from buyer and what should I have to give him the documents if he gives me advance only. Can I give him registration copy without transfer letter. Is this is OK. Is there any kind of affidavit is required from buyer for this kind of sale. Please advice me your best opinion. accept the terms 70% upfront 30% (in xx no of days) if they agree to collect transfer letter & registration book upon 100% payment..

If it happens, make sure you make a receipt for vehicle delivery with date & time and collect cnic copy of person doing the payment & collecting the vehicle. - no 3rd party shall be part of the deal.

if nothing as such happens, stay away from such losers. You will lose car, and balance amount both.

Thanks for your reply. Now what I want to ask Is that upon 70% of cash can I give registration book to the buyer and rest of the things (e.g. original file, transfer letter etc.)when they made full payment. Is it possible. Or you suggest what kind of document should I give to the buyer if he made 70% persent of payment.

What vehicle do you have that isn't selling on full?
and is the vehicle on your name?

I have Karachi Number Suzuki Nolan 1990 Model. City is Mandi Bahauddin. Vehicle is not on my name. Its on perivious owner name till now.

Bolan is a commercially used vehicle, wait a bit and sell it on cash, these installment things seldom work out, usually end up in disaster
