Need help in installing newly issued number plates

Just got new number plates issued for my Honda CG125 Dream. I opened packet having screws and am confused on how to proceed.

Honda Dealer told me to weld Number plates to a bracket and fix it.
Also some friends told me to save these and get similar made by number plate makers and install.

I need opinion on what is best.

My suggestion would be to keep the original plates at home and have accurate duplicate plates made. The original plates can give you trouble if they are damaged or stolen. I have installed accurate duplicate plates on my car and keep the originals safe at home. In case there is strict checking in future you can always remove the duplicate plates and install the original ones. Hope this helps
