I need some advice regarding a Toyota Corolla XLi 2012, Lahore number registered car.
I recently bought this car and transferred it to my name. The car had been transferred through 4–5 previous owners before me. However, the car was originally registered under a company, specifically:
Mughal Iron & Steel Industries Ltd, Lahore
Now, I’ve sold the car to someone else, and the new buyer is asking for the NOC from the original company, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any NOC in the car file when I bought it.
My questions:
1. Is it necessary to have the original company NOC even if the car has been transferred multiple times and is currently in my name?
2. Has anyone dealt with Mughal Steel for such a case? How can I request an NOC from them?
3. Will an affidavit or MTMIS printout showing my ownership be enough for the new buyer if I can’t get the NOC?
Any guidance, similar experiences, or contact advice for Mughal Steel would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!
