Need Help over Invoice Issue

Aoa,

I've booked Suzuki Cultus back in April,2014 under Suzuki Lyallpur dealership Faisalabad, and now car is ready for delivery , but the dealer is saying that it will take 3-4 days for invoice to come and you should receive the car today and we shall hand over you the invoice later on (after 3-4 days). Is it ok to receive the car now or should I wait for the invoice and then receive my car or is it a normal routine practise by dealers or Company?

No issues in receiving the car now.
I bought my civic on premium. Brought the car home. Received the invoice after 8 days
so no issues

papers are issued after the car has reached the dealership. it is routine practice. you may receive the car or you may wait till the papers have arrived. it is solely upon your own discretion

No worries u can pick ur car invoice issues after 4 5 days from Suzuki. I also got my 2 cars invoice after 7 days but rreceived car earlier

Assalaamu Alaykum

I booked a Suzuki Wagon R VXL (Silky Silver) on 10th June. The Suzuki Dealer in Hyderabad, Sindh asked me to wait for 5 working days in order to get the car booking reference number from Pak Suzuki. My payment was cleared on 12th June, but despite passage of 5 working days, I have still not been able to get my car booking reference number. I called the Suzuki dealer several times and he asked me to wait for a few more days. I also called the marketing and production department of Pak Suzuki, but every time, they asked me to contact Suzuki dealer in this respect.

I have heard that Pak Suzuki deliberately delays in issuing booking reference number to customers, once payment is cleared, in order to accommodate delivering cars to corporate clients/people who pay on/premium to get the car quickly. Is it something normal or not? I would appreciate a quick reply.

Pak Suzuki is really playing a dirty game, I haven't recieved my sales certificate and invoice yet, everytime I called them they say it will be delivered in a day or two, customer care helpline is also useless in this regard,
Coming to your question Ahmed, it takes 7-10 days for pay order clearance, if you have made a draft in favor of Pak Suzuki Co., Then you don't have to worry about , you will get your booking no. soon through your dealership. Else call on customer service helpline karachi and lodge complaint against the said dealership.

Thanks a lot brother. That's exactly what I did. I called the customer care helpline, which in turn gave me a number of marketing department. After trying several times, I was able to get my booking reference number, one day before the dealer knew about it himself. In Pakistan, you have to pursue the things yourself, if you are to succeed.
