I booked a Suzuki Wagon R VXL (Silky Silver) on 10th June. The Suzuki Dealer in Hyderabad, Sindh asked me to wait for 5 working days in order to get the car booking reference number from Pak Suzuki. My payment was cleared on 12th June, but despite passage of 5 working days, I have still not been able to get my car booking reference number. I called the Suzuki dealer several times and he asked me to wait for a few more days. I also called the marketing and production department of Pak Suzuki, but every time, they asked me to contact Suzuki dealer in this respect.
I have heard that Pak Suzuki deliberately delays in issuing booking reference number to customers, once payment is cleared, in order to accommodate delivering cars to corporate clients/people who pay on/premium to get the car quickly. Is it something normal or not? I would appreciate a quick reply.
