Need help regarding Income Tax

Hello friends,
I am looking for someone who has deep knowledge of income tax, i am a salaried individual and my annual salary is in tax payer range, so i am willing to pay my income tax, i already registered myself in ebr and have the ntn , but the interface of web portal is very confusing and not getting any idea how can i pay my tax and delare my account or salary.... Any little help or advice will be helpful... Thanks

If you don't have any other source of income than salary your total tax has already been paid by your employer. you just have to file return of your income through fbr portal. Your company's account department can help you

My employer is registered on sofware export board, and exempted from tax.
So they dont pay my tax

every employer whatever its nature be, is bound to withhold tax, anyhow you can hire a consultant who can file your return for you and will charge you 2000-3000. easily available in market. suggesting a tax consultant because the new format is not easy for every one to understand

Your employer is exempt from its own tax, not withholding tax of its employees. It has to withhold tax from employees salary essentially and pay to FBR on employee's behalf. Please check your payroll slip and you will know how much tax is deducted from your salary each month.

Also, request your employer to provide you Withholding tax certificate. It contains the tax deducted each month and the dates and other details of when the same was deposited in National Bank to the credit of FBR.

just enroll yourself in iris via you CNIC, as you are salaried individual so you have to fill two forms. I think one is 114 and other is 116, they are voluntary tax for one year and your wealth statement respectively. as per your statement, your employer don't pay your tax so in that case as soon you'll enter your yearly salary iris will calculate tax automatically and since you don't pay tax via employer so you have to submit that amount to fbr. It's a bit complicated, so the advice will be to hire someone to file your tax return.

Bros i am already a tax filler....but now when i try to file tax for year 2015 to 2016 on iris it showimg workflow error....any help or update on this please

Yes i know that but when i select period to fill these forms it shows the error msg....and i am trying for last few months

you need to enter 2016 for previous fiscal year. I think submission date has been passed now

you need to compile:

1. annual income
2. annual expenses
3. tax paid through utility bills against your cnic or self occupied property
4. tax paid to Govt. of Pakistan as with holding or tax deduction at source

all banking transactions through a cross cheque shall have explanation available

both individuals are tax consultants and charge fees for such services

well I am not sure about that. As per request title says you can try with 114(6) (Return of Income filed after revision for complete year) under the Declaration Form. better to ask from FBR help line first
