Need help to plan 4 Days Trip from Islamabad to Neelam valley, Sharda in Honda City (1300cc)

Assalam-o-Alikum to All brothers and sisters. Please help me in Planing my family trip to AJK. We are 3 male and 2 female all Adults planing to visit Neelam Valley in the end of June or start of July for 4 Days max. We will be using our own car Honda City 2015 (1300cc). We will start our trip from Islamabad.
Need information regarding:
1. Weather
2. Road Conditions
3. How far can we go on Car.
4. Approx fuel cost
5. Places to visit (No Hiking at all)
6. Hotels
7. 4 Days itinerary

There will be no any problem for you just get out of your city is difficult only.

It will tmake 3 to 4 hours from Islamabad to Muzafarabaf, similarly it will take further 3 to 4 hours till Kundal Shahi - Kutton first night stay suggested here. Next day travel forward tonwards karen, sharda and go tillto Kel, your 2nd night stay. Next day go to Tavobat and return back to Mel.

Normal hotels are available in kutton and Mel. Road conditions are good maximum. You better estimate fuel consumption of your carcity.

1. Weather will b cool at night but in day u can use normal T-Shirts etc.
2. road condition till Keran is very good & further upto Sharda is good & onward sharda to kel is not good & worst in rainy season.
3. Sharda onward u can take ur car till Kel with very carefully but not recommended, better to hire jeep if u love ur car,specially in rainy season never recommended.
4. approx 4 hours from Isb to MZD & 6 to 7 hours till Kel,u can calculate fuel cost easily.
   5.Dhani water fall,Kutton,Keran,Upper Neelum,Sharda,Kel,Arrange Kel,Taobutt etc.
   6.Stay at Keran & Sharda or Kel..u can find hotels at the spot on reasonable rates.
   Day1: Reached Keran & Stay in Keran or upper neelum,there are many hotels to stay.,valley tracker hotel is best.
   Day2: Reached Kel,visit Arrange Kel & stay at Sardar Sarhad Hotel or Parbat hotel Kel.
   Day3: Visit Toabut on Jeeps & return Kel in evening & stay there.
   Day4: Return Kel to Kutton stay there for some time & then return to home sweet home at night.
