Need help to update Suzuki Swift navigation maps

Dear memebers
I bought suzuki swift automatic 2017 recently and i need expert's help to upgrade maps. I live in Multan and Sygic map provided is very old. I tried this link https://www.sygic.com/blog/2015/new-map-update-is-heading-your-way but proved useless because menu is change in Swift.
They also said you can download map and use it via memory card. If it is so, please guide me to do that process.

same situation here....Swift navigation maps by sygic is too old .....i have tried to update but no success so far....help please
