I just recently buy passo 2011 model and 2016 Reg with 80k mileage but the problem is its giving me 13 average in city is it ok are can be better and if it can be better then how ?

I am from Peshawar but I haven't changed the engine oil yet can it be the cause of bad fuel average because the engine is in very good condition water throwing

Changing the oil, cleaning the throttle body, clean air filter, good spark, clean fuel filter and injectors and changing the coolant if it's dirty or rusty usually fix the problem. Check all of what i've mentioned and check the condition of your transmission fluid.

I do have Vitz 2012 i a believe both have 1KR-FE engine 996cc

The only suggestion I will give it to you is try to fill up high octance (8-10 Liters) and see difference in mileage then, if you saw improvements hopefully you will (1-2KM/L) then this is the true mileage on regular petrol.

It's a 996cc CVT and the average of 13 in city seems fine. You can do regular maintenance once completed KMs/time. No need to spend money if its already done recently..

I am using 0W20 and my route is very stop and go traffic I hardly get 9 -11KM/L depending upon traffic.

True, one thing I want to add if tire size is not OEM then on high pressure braking does not seem efficient either.

What tyre pressure is right for 185/70/R14 ? 33 in front and 32 in back or 32 30 ?

For load ratio calculation based on OEM size 165/70R14 I found for 185/70/R14 is 29 for front and 28 for rear.
