Brothers I need the owner manual of honda city 2007 idsi in pdf format. I have looked around on the internet but could not find it. Even the links mentioned in the forum are broken

Secondly, can anyone tell me whether its ok to use Havoline 20w50 oil in my honda which is 125K driven. or which oil should I use?

lastly suggest me a place in rwp/isb where I can get my car tuned up with satisfaction

i uploaded few maintenance related pages in some thread. try searching forum
i used 5W-30 till 150,000kms
then switched to 10w-40 total quartz 5000
why do you want to use 20W oil ? is the engine weak and burning alot of oil ?

@asimzaeem Which oil are you currently using? And why you wanna use 20w-50? Won't it be too thick?

I think, 5w-30 would serve the purpose best. Do not switch to thick oil, unless / until your car engine is weak, it's consuming / burning oil.

Dear @hash4u please elaborate what were the factors that actually compelled you to switch to 10W40 oil from 5W30? or you just planned it by the book.
Any signs of engine weakness like loss of power, smoke, oil consumption etc.

Actually I dont have any specialized knowledge of oils. somebody suggest me that havoline is good so I started using it. but later on I read somewhere that One must use recommended oil.
As far as Engine condition is concerned it is in good state.

pre cautionary measures
was nothing wrong with the car
switched drain interval of 10,000km's to 5000
along with oil viscosity and brand

You are Welcome.

You can go for any 5w-30, API SN, Fully Synthetic engine oil, as long as it's 100% genuine and original, and from some well-reputed brand, like Total Quartz 9000.

Well, there is no harm in using Honda Genuine engine oil, but I won't suggest it. I have learned that Honda Oil is the same as Total Quartz, so if it's the same oil, then why not to use the oil by the parent company itself? i.e. Total?
