Need Info for trip From Faisalabad to Naran, Dudipatsar & Fairy Meadows

Assalam o Alikum fellow Travellers.

We 4-5 friends (Students) are planing a trip on CAR to Naran, Saif ul Malook, Dodipatsar lake, Fairy Meadows after this Eid on 11th of july for about 7-8 Days.

We are going for the first time soo we are Noobs

This is our Plan after reading many posts on this site.

Day 1: From 5am Faisalabad to Naran via Motorway, Abbotabad and night stay at Naran (Kunhar Tent Village).
Day 2: Visit Lake Saif-ul-Malook in morning and naran bazar in evening and say at Tent village.
Day 3: Go to besal then trek toward Dudipatsar lake. Night stay at Mulla ki Basti.
Day 4: visit Dodipatsar lake and return back to Besal and night stay at Besal.
Day 5: Go to Riakot bridge via babusar top and then visit Fiary Meadows using Jeeps. Night stay at Fiary Meadows.
Day 6: May be visit Nanga Parbat Basecamp and Night stay at fiary meadows or return back and night stay at Kaghan.
Day 7 or 8: Return to Kaghan or back to Faisalabad.

Questions...
So is this a workable plan or an ambitious one?
Can we stay at Tent village? and how much does it cost?
Can we easily stay at Mulla ki basti without our own Tent?
Can we visit Dodi Lake without any Guide or Porter?
Can we visit Fiary Meadow from Tato village without Guide or Porter?
What is the condition of road from Naran to Riakot Bridge?
And Most Important IS THIS POSSIBLE IN 10-12 THOUSAND RUPEES per Head?

Any other suggestions are most welcome.

I think plan for day 5 is not possible to complete in one day.....well Asif (Guru of Northern Areas) will guide you in much better way.

the dodipatsar trak is simple enogh that u can do it with out guide but tent is needed to stay in mula ki basti...

Day 5 is not feasible. Babusar is closed. It has to be crossed on foot which is impracticable, its not even jeep-able. Just came today from GB and this is what i learnt from locals. KKH is the only way to reach FM as of yet. Temperature at night hit as low as 5,6 degree Celsius at Rama and FM, i would prefer staying at cottage. It rained both the nights when i was at Rama and FM.

u can go 2 fairy meadows without any guide, thats simple straight trek but takes 3-3.5 hrs
road from naran 2 raikot bridge is awsome, great, zbrdast
its possible in 12k but take 15k with u if u have or skip base camp

But i read on these forms somewhere that Locals provide tent and food at Mulla ki basti is this not true? We don't have any camp or any other camping equipment.

Base camp is optional if all agrees then we go towards base camp as far as possible and come back before sun set and stay at FM.

i did htis trek in 2012 and then Mula ki basti walon se sirf khana diyaa tha ...tent or sleepings bags naran se rent par mil jate hain dost ..don not wory

Koi bata sakta ha ke Riakot se Tato tak Jeep ka fare kia ha. Aur kia ye One Way Fare hota ha ya Round Trip ka. Aur agar 2 din stay karna ho FM per tu phir jeep ka kia ho ga.

Day 5 is of 2 days.
Babusar will be open in few days do you dont need to worry.
I suggest you should visit base camp as well.
Jeep fare is a two way fare. You can stay as many days as you can, you simply tell jeep driver when to pick you. I dont know current jeep fare.
You can travel without guide up to fairy meadows but need a guide for base camp.
For dodipatsar you should accompany a potter, which you can hire from Jalkhad or Behsal. At Mulla ki basti there is tent facility but it can be confirmed from Behsal.

as per my opinion its work able plan

But you can make some adjustment to save time like

-  First day wasting the day in travel to naran -  Leave FSD at night before  -  so reach Tent city by morning - this will save you from the day traffic rush around Abbottabad and Manshera - which take extra 3-4 hours 
-  First day after reaching  Tent city - rest get fresh - take jeep and cover Saif ulmalok  in second half 
- day two  -  go to basil and start trek  - night stay at -Mulla ki basti  - Kindly take Guide 
 - Day three -  back to Basil - early morning - Go to raikot bridge  - tough day - long drive -  Bbau sar top will be open -  But road from Challas to raikot bridge is not good - bad shape  -  stay night at raikot or near about 
 - Day 4 -  eraly morning to Fairy Medows - enjoy all day - night stay FM 
 - Day 5 -  nanga parabat base camp - enjoy  - than back to raijot bridge 

 - Day 6  - Start back if you have day 7-8 with you - Expore Astore

Just one more Question Is it completely Safe to go on CAR. Is the parking at Naran, Besal and Riakot Bridge is Safe for a tension free trip? Because it's my family car and i don't want any problem with it. Please reply everyone. This is very important. Jeep from naran to Riakot is too costly.

At daytime its safe, u can travel from raikot-naran before 4pm, we hired a corrolla for 9500 from raikot to besal last year-june, road condition is great.

parking in Naran no Issue
at Basel you have to check with some local - and pay some amount for safe keeping
at rai kot bridge - there is Shangrilla hotel - you can check with them
