What is the fuel economy of this car both in city and on long route

Don't buy the hybrid model. Its fuel efficiency isn't exceptional and it'll do only 13-14KM/L within city. You'll also need new batteries since the old ones would have been busted.

Sir g I M talking about Honda Civic hybrid Japanese version. I have seen lot of videos on youtube where people claim that this car gives around 18 km per litre. Is it worth buying?

The old Honda IMA technology isn't good at all. I would suggest you to buy the local model. Baaqi it's up to you.

The average is claimed to be around 40mpg which is around 16KM/L. Over time the batteries of the car would've degraded and also this efficiency is under ideal conditions which means that there's no way it'll do 15+ KM/L
