Need little help regarding Changhong ruba!

This bar at the top appears everytime as i play usb or attach my pc to changhong ruba Led tv. Is there any way to remove it permanently?

I bought LED 39" a week ago and frustrated because of this logo bar but finaly able to stop it, here you go...go to menu select options and turn off "store demo" thats*it...now enjoy trouble free LED entertainment

Aoa i bought 43 inch 5808i changhong Ruba. as i connect it with laptop with HDMI cable i am getting cropped (zoomed in) picture on my LED. can someone plz help me ?
i changed the laptop and HDMI even the LED but still getting the same issue
