Need sincere advice for school pick/drop business (suzuki bolan) in rawalpindi/ islamabad area

I need a sincere opinion regarding purchase and business of pick/ drop school students in rawalpindi islamabad area.

Well scenario is that a relative of mine is jobless and needs a work to earn for himself and his family. I suggested to buy a suzuki bolan dabba and start school duty + any other related activity. will this be a handsome source to earn halal income for him?

He has about 4 lakh in cash and rest of amount will be collected from friends and family. So total expected budget is abt 7 lakh +-.

My questions from brothers r;
1. Is it a viable business to earn halal and run family.

1. Which model is best in this price range.

It is viable, try to get couple of teachers or working women as they pay higher. But my request is to please treat the children respectfully. Every dabba i see on school duty is like murghi khano wali gari

Better in capacity & size is FAW XPV with aircon you can check from FAW show room if there is any pre-owned [ used ] XPV, maintenance cost is same as Suzuki Bolan priced less to buy.

commuting service of adults to single DROP-OFF point to banks, hospitals, factories is better choice then school service which has greater responsibility and demand punctuality,. through summers & winters equally.

while for adults it is no different but less burden of responsibility.

Xpv could be b a good option, but in my opinion resale value of suzuki is far better than xpv esp for a person who will arrange finances on loan.
Furthermore history of such- out of market, cars are scary like proficient van , chingan etc
