salam. guys plz tell me tht how can i get a permit for jet black windows n rear screen for my ride? n frm where can i have this permit n wht are the requirements for it??? how much will it coast??:P

someone else know abt it plz share with us... it means mostly cars we see with black papers on their windows are running on roads without permit

u need to have a good contect or use Qaidazam.
Simply meet any agent who use to deal with Driving license and tell him,
I know is that u need to meet government doctor ( recommend by our Traffic police ) to issue u a certificate which mention that u have skin elergy and some other problems , and u need to avoid from sunlight......
On the behalf of that certificate u can go a head to trafic department and SP will issue that lisense if he wish......

Traffic police rejects it nowadays.A friend of mine used the same method...but still the traffic guy told him to remove the tints!

I have Permit For Black tinting By Ministry Of Interior But Only For Punjab/Federal.

I also Need For KPK ...

a few of my friends suggested the same thing abt the doctor n all...i thought of it as khuwari...No offence.. although if ur glass is black the cops cant do anythn abt it..like in big cars as prado n all black glass are put on the rear windows..or get permanent tint ...that only comes off with petrol xP..i have Light tint on all 4 windows of my car usally i keep em down but at tyms back ones are up front 2 always down xD no Cops stop me =/ though my driver was driving they tried to take it off but i have DAWN news ka sticker on my car the cops got scared n dint do anythn xD

Just Tell Cops that its a family car n ladies usally are in it xP sumtyms this works xD

Ban jayega. Secretary and Minister k signature hongay with your vehicle number. My cousin does this process by paying government fee. 1 year and 1.5 year ka ban sakta ha. Model k hisaaab ss rate depend karta h. 2020 model car ka zaida cost me bannayga and 2010 model ka in low price
