Me and another friend will be traveling to Peshawar on Sunday, he will be visiting Chinese Mobile Markets and I will be visiting the cloth market.
Now, I've heard that ' Bara ' market is famous for Cloth and is the wholesale market, supplying to many shops in Faisalabad, Lahore and surrounding cities.
The catch- A few shop keepers have told me that all or say, most of the Cloth is Non- Custom Paid and that Custom agents have a sharp eye on who is carrying what and where. I will need about 100-150 Guz ( 137 Meters ) of loose Cloth.
I really wish to Pay Custom duties on it, is there any office where I can proceed to do so?
Now, my friends issue- He wants Chinese Mobile phones for his shop- Approx. 50-70 sets.
Where should he go?
And, if anyone has any experience with recognizing fabrics, do tap me. 
The fabric I am most interested in is, Shmooz- A mix of I think, Silk and Polyester. The " Wholesale " rate in Faisalabad is 120-130-/ Per Guz ( 0.91Meter ). I hope it is like 70-80-/ per Guz in Peshawar.
We will be leaving Faisalabad at approx. 0300-0400, so we can reach Peshawar like 0900/1000 and visit most of the shops. This will be more of an experience to me and him. Wish us the best of luck!
