Should i buy Nissan Sunny 1998 EX Saloon (price 400k) as i am looking 1300cc car with low budget
also i would like to know the availability of parts, can i drive it to northern area once a year

where are you located? well parts are available, and can be driven anywhere if maintained properly, i will suggest you to buy one with 1500cc engine,

It's a great car with 100% availability of used parts as well as new parts. And prices are also very controlled. So maintenance cost is very low. And this car has a very rough and tough suspension in nissan category.it can take the abuse of off road in hills or a village road..

And it can easily go in hills, not an issue bro..
Handling and balance is great.

i am in Karachi but i visit to my native town twice a year, therefor asking about parts availability, some people are saying parts will be available only in Karachi, secondly the car resale value is not good,

This rumor about parts availability is crap! there are plenty of dealers at Plaza who have genuine Nissan Parts.

Absolutely lovely car to drive we kept it for 5 years bought in 2003 for 4 lacs and sold in 2007 for 5.5 lacs
original 1400cc efi engine was seized and we replaced it with 1500cc carby engine GA15DS and new suspension which cost 1 lacs. we did highway travel and never gave use any issue except house pipe melted.
