i suggest better to install relays before upgrading to 70/100 watts combo...i am using same set up and after one week, I installed relays from my trusted electrician without cutting/slicing any stock wiring. with relays the light intensity has increased, and the lights start with full intensity, i was hearing some very minute spark sound from combination switch on giving dipper but now it is gone..so my advice is install relays...u will need 7 meter good quality wire, 4 Female 9005/9006 bulb holders and two male 9005/9006 plugs, fews rolls of tape, wiring pipe and some ties...and off course two 4 wire relays....total expense is around 1000 including the labor.
