Anyways @khalid.isb coming towards your query, if you are interested in a used JDM 660 cc car, I won't recommed a MT car. Buy AT / CVT car only. Used JDM MT ho, AT ya CVT; agar achi condition mein mill jyein, then maintenance k issues nai aatay (Regular preventive / periodic maintenance chalti rehti hai).
Instead of AT, try to buy a CVT car, aapko milage MT k brabar ki dey gee, and aajkal city traffic / rush jitna barh gya hai, MT car aapko thakkaa dia karay gee, prefer CVT / AT over MT.
If you are interested in a used JDM 660 cc car, buy any car which is "IN" in the market, more appropriately " 
Market ki Gari "! And in that, Daihatsu Mira, Suzuki Alto, Suzuki Wagon R, Daihatsu Move and Nissan Dayz are excellent options, but still, prefer and prioritize first 02 of these 05, i.e. Daihatsu Mira and Suzuki Alto.

Agar insaaf ki baat ki jye, then I think, most 660 cc cars k rear hatch p likha hota hai "200 Kgs", i.e. their loading capacity is 200 Kgs max. and iss mein 02 adults and 01 bacha hi cover hotay hai, along with some luggage. Hum ub agar uss mein 05 adults baithein, then samaan b daalein, then AC b chalein, and chahein k hum Corolla Altis 1.8 ko cut kartay huay, and cruise kartay huay Monal cross karein, to me; it seems practically impossible, unless / until you do some modifications, which will ruin everything in the long run.
Agar 660 cc car ki back p 200 Kgs likha hota hai, meray khayal mein, iss parameter ko abuse / misuse nai karna chaheye' and 200 Kgs capacity k sath aap issay Khunjarab pass b le ja saktay hain. It's my guarantee!
Fuel consumption of all these is good and almost equal'
All have almost identical features and comfort, but to me, condition and comfort matters more as compared to features / shashka! I own Passo X, 2013, The only "feature" it has is, adjustable headlights, and believe me, mainay issay b kabhi use nai kia! Zrurat hi nai pari'
Regarding Ground Clearance, 02 logo'on k liay to theek rahay gee, however, for 03 or more persons, with / without luggage; you will be required to install spacer springs, otherwise, gari harr speed breaker mein lagay gee (The same is the issue with my car, but since, we are mostly 02 members, so I haven't installed spacer springs yet. Mera guzara ho raha hai). Some also say that after installing spacer springs, car's suspension gets some toll!

Before buying any car, I would suggest you to get your car carsured by pakwheels car inspection service. You won't get disappointed. I.A.
For short listing, your criteria should be condition, odo reading / milage, model year, color, engine / transmission condition, etc. and you will have to play between these factors. Also try to avoid / buy from car dealers.
