Asking price nwadays is from 24-25 lacs..its price is on higher side cz it might be push start..rpm meter and multiinfo display meter

Registration will cost around 50k from islamabad !!
Engine oil,tuning , etc will cost around 5k !!

Bit it ll be better if u get a car with auction sheet grade 4 or above !!
I ll not get 3.5 grade in 25 lacs..it shud be 4 or 4.5 grade !!

I tried looking for 4 and 4.5 grade cars on sbtjapan and vitz is avl for as 6000$. I am just not sure how will the payment work and how the card will reach pakistan and what is the legal process here

3.5 or lower grade cars actually are available at very low price in Japan duty structure for any grade is same so normally commercial importers avoid going for 4 or above grade rating cars to make higher profits

I got 4.5 grade one month back. So they are available ..search on pakwheels !!
Yes my car tires were new but i went for bigger size tires to solve ground clearance issue !!

Overall, resale of Vitz is good, however, the way prices are going up, sometimes there can be slight difficulties in selling it, considering the mindset, which I now realize that it's not that strange.

If you buy a hatch back in 24-25 lac PKR, and then plan to sell it, usually new potential buyer may not be willing to pay that much price, because for a potential buyer 20-21 lac max. is good enough for a 1000 cc hatchback (irrespective of make, model, model year, etc.).

When price goes to 24-25 lac PKR, priorities of a potential buyer shifts towards a Sedan.

First of all, it would come to car's registration, and cost of registration is slightly different for province to province, and can vary.

For this, you need to visit excise and taxation website of that city / province, from where you are interested in having your car registered.

Other than registration cherges, there will be expenses on change of filters (like AC / Cabin, Air, Oil), engine oil, and may be other lubes too, like brakes fluid, transmission fluid, radiator coolant, etc.

Then brakes service may also be reqd., and it may involve change of brakes pads.

Most importantly, there will definitely be expenditure on tyres change. The condition of the front tyres as per auction sheet is 3, which means, tyres are in bad shape / poor condition, and need to be changed ASAP. Rear tyres rating is 5.

This whole expenditure may be around 30-50,000 PKR, depending on your budget, choice, and priorities, etc.
