Yes brother u can go easily on highroof.. if in good shape.. lowari tunnel steep climbs r only u have to face else it's all normal and good road...
Places to visit in chitral fort .. Shahi mosque.. go towards shandur u will love the wide plains of shandur ... But going shandur will require whole day as road is not much good ahead of chitral.. u can also go kailash valley but again road is not much good towards bamburet but highroof can go to all places ...
for chitral visit you will have to manage the timing Road after upper Dir is very bad till tunnel After 2 tunnel crossing again road is worst till Droshand after Drosh road get OkWhat is your starting point i did travel these area in early May,2018
