Need Suggestions for Room Air Cooler

I am posting this thread after a long time. I am planning to buy a room cooler for my room which is located in the upper portion. Today I visited karkhano market and found these two brands. Both are Chinese. Both are in the price range of 14k. My question is did anyone used these cooler, how much they are practical. Also comparison with pakistani Super asia, SOGO and pak fans coolers etc.

I was not able to upload pics in the above post.
this one seemed practical, I checked fan speed and blow. but I tested on dry.
