Try Cybex treadmill, though it’s expensive but worth it. Don’t go for cheap Chinese ones. Start with 4.5/5 kmph and it increase it gradually, to promote fat loss, the process begins after 30mins of treadmilling.
Treadmills becomes quite boring after month or so, it’s recommended to join some gym which will be having lot of other machines, trainers and some company to boost enthusiasm.
