Need suggestions regarding transmission prob

Salam. I have bought 2005 model city vario. Its running on petrol. I am having few problems so i thought to share it with you for a better advice
1. When i put the car on D it start producing sounds from engine room. Sound is there unless the car is standing (no running). But there is no sound on R, P and N.
2. While changing gear or what ever its called, since it CVT, every thing is Ok till 80kmph speed but after that the rmp goes higher even upto 5000 and car hardling cross 100kmph mark.
3. When ac is on and car is not running its starts jerking.
The old owner told me that he installed 1500cc avenza (kabli) gear in it. I showed it to a expert friend he askedme to change the gear oil or CVT oil and get the tunning done.
Need ur expert opinion to solve these issue.

Give the car back to previous owner.
He changed the gear of different vehicle, the whole thing is messed up.

He bought Japanese gear @7000 ruppeses. Why

Gear should be same for car as per original make, there is synchronise mechanism in automatic gears.
Go for tuning and oil change first.
Before making new investments.

Yeh thats what i am doing. Tunning is done tomorrow i am going to change gear oil and get the filter/jali cleaned or replaced. After tunning it was doing good. Bro this car cost me 625 with orignal color and thats why i bought it

I cannot answer your other queries, but your question number 2 is related to Clutch slipping, which is quite common in CVTs. The gearbox/gear belt needs replacement as far as I know to resolve this issue.
