Need tips from Abbottabad residents

Will be visiting after Eid.

My main concern is a place to stay.

2 days max or 2 nights. I need a room where 2 to 3 people can sleep and bathroom is a must.

I am not willing to spend big amount otherwise its a no-brainer to stay at some fancy hotel.

Advise.

i dont know what kind of budget you are working on,but guest houses rather then hotels are a better working in our city,scattered all around ie jinnah abad kaghan colony and kakul road,also check greens opposite burnhall college,alpine,ramlina near cmh

How much will they charge?.

Are not these guest houses expensive?. I just asked for a small room. Like a hotel room.

they wont charge you less then 2500 a nite at the minimum,if you are looking for a very cheap accomodation then,as soon as you enter abbottabbad,i dont know if you are coming by public transport,just where the journey ends and you ll fine a big bus stand,i have seen few of the hotels where you can easily find a room for max 500 a nite,and will find plenty of options to eat ,

500 sounds pretty darn good if it fits into my criteria.

You may also check Sarban Hotel, its on main Mall Road, less than a kilometer after general bus stand. It is more expensive (than hotels near bus stand) but at least they have their own parking.
