dude! you're asking the right question....but in the wrong section. No wonder you have no replies yet. Make a new thread in the Bikes/3 wheelers section and surely you will find help.
GS500 is not a good option as it has an air cooled engine, a fairing will cause heating issues and you wont fool anyone with the GS sound.......its boring. A better platform would be a bandit 400.....its water cooled so fairing wont cause any problems.
As far as the faring and body work goes...you have 2 options...you can either fabricate them locally or you order them off ebay. You can do it yourself or you can get professional help.......it all depends o your skills and willingness to spend.
