Assuming the corners are 90 degrees and assuming the right boundary is a straight line and assuming the figure of 34ft7inche is a 45 degree straight measurement and with multiple other assumptions the area turns out to be 75250sqft. Keep in mind the drawing is poorly made and i have assumed a lot of stuff the actual figure can be somewhat different
