My car got heat up twice or thrice and after a long struggle i managed to got the heat up issue resolved. But now the engine is too heavy and its feels like that i have to push the accelater too hard to move the Car.
I have done some reasearch which has made me confused as there are 2 schools of thoughts in the martket to replace 1SZ-FE with 2SZ-FE
Thought 1 - Says that I need to change the assembly only and ECU, rest remains the same. This Option is Costing me Around 35000/-
Thought 2 - Says that Assembly will not fit in and I need to change everything like wiring, Transmission, ECU, Coils, Throttle, Mainifold and almost everything. This school of thought says that there are 2 types of 2SZ-FE engine available in the market. Assembly of 1 type can be fitted easily but this engine type is not available in the market. The Second type engine assembly can be fitted, so need to change everything. Throttle of type 2 is also electrical and does not have a wire.
This option is costing around 75000/-
have worked on 1NZ-FE and 2NZ-FE as well but i would not want to go on these engines.
So now need an expert guidance how I can swap 1SZ-FE with 2SZ-FE. What would be the cost ? Can you suggest some good mechanic in Karachi who can do entire Job ?
