Salam, experts of Toyota Surf 1996 and earlier models I require help here.
I have a Surf SSR-X chassis / body and the original engine was replaced with 5vz- fe engine (petrol). I doubt that the 5 AT transmission is not fitting with the engine torque and hence the drive and auto gear changing is not smooth.
I need help that whether to change the Engine to diesel (a costly step) or to change the transmission and if so what is the cost effect of both.
