Need to replace battery wires of mehran 99 model

There was a short in my mehran model 99 and my wires leading to the "-" negative terminal of battery were burned out.

Could somebody please tell me how much it would cost to replace with either new or second hand. Where can i purchase them second hand??

Sir what is your location, you can get some pretty good ones for 800 Rs new.
