I need Hybrid Battery pack for my Aqua (2013) in Lahore Pakistan. Is there any reliable person in lahore or islamabad or even in peshawar who have best battery packs with warranty. Also what is the cost of complete pack of 20 cells.
Need suggestions as well as contact persons.

Why do you need a battery pack.

Are you getting this error PA080

If so always try to check the battery cells connections. Most of the time they get corrosion and rust . You can easily clean them and in 80% of the cases the error goes away and the battery keep on working perfectly

Bro have already done that and error was nowhere for almost 15 days but it came again therefore thinking of replacing the battery pack.

Plus my car have already completed 120k kms so I am doubting that the battery's life is over now as I've driven it mostly on HV battery and have achieved 20+ kms/l in almost all conditions on average. SO am guessing the battery have served its purpose.

These batteries life is 2 lac miles to 3 lac miles as said by Toyota

You did clean the individual terminals behind the breaker bars of the cells ?

There must be one faulty cell i guess but since they are balanced to each other changing one cell is never recommended i guess then change the whole battery

Yes i did got the battery service. There was corrosion on almost half of the cells terminals.

Electrician have buffed the corrosion and greased the terminals to avoid corrosion in future but now the error have come again after almost 15-20 days. Even though the performance and average of battery have not dropped much just a difference of 1 to 2 kms/l.Meanwhile I would like to ask experts whether applying greas on HV battery terminals is OK or not?

I dont think you need to grease those as those are different type of terminals, a wrong type of greece would prevent the flow of current.
You have to clean them with vinegar . Buffing would still leave some corrosion where as vinegar would completely remove them

Good suggestion. But its been a month don't you think if the grease were creating problem than it would have triggered the sensor way long when i got it serviced.
Now I am a bit confused please suggest what to do finally of the grease?

No use of going to the hassle of removing the complete battery again just to remove the grease unless you are a DIY kind of guy and have spare time.
Its quite easy to remove is easily and safely for any person at home waisay. tons of tutorials on Youtube.

If you are a DIY guy then maybe remove it clean the terminals with vinegar and check each voltage of individual cell .

there are special type of contact grease for electrical contact only that grease must be use, other type of grease can create problems

For information of all, you dont have to touch the battery to find out if there is a problem. You just have to get the car scanned it will tell you voltage of all the cells.

If the voltage of all the cells differs by 1 volt you have a problem.

Then you should physically handle the battery. Yes corrosion of terminal is most common.

Moreover you dont have to replace the whole battery, even the defective cells can be replaced.
