Need tyre suggestions in size 175/70

Guy's i want to change the tyres of cultus.. Previously car is fitted with 175/70 R13 on stock steel rim's.
I want to keep the size 175/70 as due to poor road grip of cultus i shifted to this size..
So i need suggestions which company tyres should i opt for.?

Comany name and tyre prices would be appreciated.!

Yeah a alignment guy also offered me exchange of reconditioned tyres with my tyres...... Just for 4000-/RS extra. I straight away dismissed his offer.....
As tyres are the most important part of a vehicle specially if your daily commute is on a highway.... And the car is usually driven on higher speeds....
