There is altis 1.6 auto facelift 2017. The car is owned by a lady she leased it from bank. Now the car is on her name she has fully paid the amount and the bank has trasnfereed the car on her name. The car number is ISB and the car is present in peshawar. How will i do the trasnfer? Can i get biometric in peshawar? And do i need noc for trasnferring the car to my name?
Someone told me you cannot get biometric from seller until she inspects the car in ISB h9 office.
You got the right information. Unless car gets inspected at H-9 excise office, biometric can't be issued. Once inspection is done, biometric can be issued from any place in Pakistan.
It's a good idea to get a police verification as well.
