Need wiper recommendation

Need to replace wipers of civic rebirth (not just the rubber). Can you guys recommend good ones? Personally I was leaning towards frameless/boneless ones. There is a set available on pakwheels store for 1000, which isn't expensive, but I'm not sure about quality and how long they would last.

Are bosch frameless wipers available?

Bhai i have used the so called silicone rubber wipers and they are not at all good. The nameless generic ones are pathetic too. The best procedure is to replace the wiper rubber with a new one each year to avoid scratches. There is a proper way to install wiper rubbers and if done incorrectly or by force the wipers wont clean proper.

Our original wipers are 9 years old and even after replacing rubber they are not wiping good. Also, one of the locks on wiper has broken, so it isn't securely locked with the arm anymore.

I found official Bosch store on daraz, I think I will give those a try, they are a little expensive but later I can just replace rubber in the wipers as shown in this video.

Wese company and brand specific wiper rubber is better. It goes in one way only and you have to pull out the rubber with the metal strips. It has built in notches and differently shaped head that makes it fit the original viper.

Is it harmful to use local wipers sold by guys who have lots of wipers

It can be as these wipers are not of good quality and the rubbers get brittle soon. The wiper body itself may cause no harm. Again as I have said in a previous post wiper rubbers are readily available at the auto parts shop and replacing a rubber in original viper is the cheapest and best option in terms of functionality.
If you want to put local vipers then do monitor them regularly and clean wiper rubbers and windscreen before each drive (clean windshield and wiper rubbers no matter if they are genuine or cheap ones). Dust particles stuck between rubber and glass also causes scratches. Monitoring and changing even desi vipers regularly will keep the windshield scratch free. Replacement wipers are always more expensive than just the rubber.

Has anyone tried these boneless/frameless wiper blades on Pakwheels store? The brand is MPower, never heard of it before, so wondering how long will they last.

Definitely. I personally would have gone for factory replacement from dealership and then changed rubbers without damaging wiper. But yours is also a good option. Kudos
