If this is your first car, as an expert automotive technician, I would recommend the Suzuki Cultus with an EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) engine or the Chevrolet Joy. My recommendation is highly credible because I am knowledgeable in this field, and I have in-depth knowledge about these cars. Both the Cultus and Chevrolet Joy have excellent build quality. The Mehran is also okay, but its build quality is not as good. Unfortunately If it get an excessive jump, its body can get damaged, and it requires regular maintenance, or else you'll keep facing issues.
Between the Chevrolet Joy and Cultus EFI, I have personally owned both cars. If I have to compare them, the biggest advantage of the Cultus is that its parts are easily available, and any technician can easily work on it.
