Thanks Farooq bhai, in fact we never felt unusually tired any day. Almost every day we walked from 8-10 km.
For any moderately fit trekker 10-12 km is a usual daily distance he should cover on a mountainous track. It
also depends upon the difficulty level of the area. A track above 15 km in a day is usually very tiring so it is
better to stay in the limit of 10 km. moreover, if you walk slow with frequent rests, plenty of water and some
instant energy like, energile, tang in water, some thing like that, keep you better mentally and physically.
