I've visited Neelum Valley in last week of April, road condition is OK till Keran, till Keran any car can go easily, after Keran road condition is slightly bad, if your ride has sufficient ground clearance then your car can go till Sharda. I've seen Khyber, Corolla, New n Old Cultus in Sharda.
After Sharda almost 90% tourists take jeep till Kel and Taobat. Though I've seen JDM Wagon R near Kel, but it was suffering from bad condition of road.
