I also visited Neelum Valley in April, 2018 alongwith two of my friends. It was a very pleasant and smooth journey from Muzaffarabad to Arang Kel. Two days of continuous rain made our return very horrible. We saw some 7-8 huge landslides from Sharda and onwards. It is advised that be very very careful travelling in rainy season.
