Back from tour. We were 63 people on 3 coasters including females and kids 
I'll only share my experience (Unfortunately without pictures) and points which are useful to other people instead of telling time and distance as most of that detail is already available here. I'll share only new or very important points.
1- Seeing Weather forecast is must. We only encountered a minor delay due to landsliding (1 hours delay) because our plan was in accord with the weather forecast.
2- Best stay places for stay are Govt Rest Houses, Valley Trackers Hotels and Army Guest Houses. But the problem with that is that if any minister or General of high official is coming, your booking is cancelled, even if you have paid 100% in advance. So avoid these.
3- Stay at Banjosa: There is a good guest house named Heaven Dreams. It is only 100 meter away from Banjosa, has great view and is economical. The second best hotel is Night Bridge Hotel which is 1 km away from Banjosa. Canal View is also good but they dont have TV, hot water and attached bath for all rooms. During our stay, the temperature dropped as low as 6 degree C (it is not normally that low) and we missed hot water badly. The food has to be pre-ordered.

The management of all these three guest houses is very cooperative and courteous. They'll try to accommodate you in every way possible.
4- Stay at Athmuqam: We booked the guest houses through Valley Guest House. Their management was extremely poor. We ordered 23 rooms but only 20 were booked. The manager was away even when 63 people were coming. They did not arrange any extra room for us till 1 hours even when families were there out. There were not attached baths with every room. Friends Guest House is a good option.
At valley guest house, there was generator (at night only) and hot water (by rod). At Friends guest house, there was TV and better management. Food was good at both guest houses. Do not forget to as for attached washrooms as not every room has got them.
Contact Numbers: Friends Guest House (05821-456892) and Valley Guest House (05821-456933). The food is easily available at Athmuqam during day and evening. But at night, you have to give special order for food and it is to specially prepared.
5- Night Stay at Kel: Forget everything. The only place worth staying at Kel is Sardar Sarhad Hotel. At other places, even water is not properly available, electricity is problematic and food is not even of acceptable quality. Only stay at Sardar Sarhad Hotel. Their numbers are 05822-206111, 0521-457597, 0333-3555512, 0312-9040714. They also manage Wood Land Lodges at Sharda.
A Special warning: Dont even think of Al-Habib (They are thugs) or Green Valley (Under construction).
There was also a newly built good condition hotel, about 10 min jeep drive from main kel. But washrooms there are not attached and it is far from main station.
6- Jeeps from Kel... To see the real beauty, you must go on loader jeeps which are open.. for Taobat and Shounter. However if you have familiesm, then either seek 8 seater (6 people for comfort) or 10 seater (8 people for comfort) jeep. For economy, you many try the 16 seater local jeep but it is bumpy and not reliable. Book the nights the previous night. It may not be easy to find a jeep with seats on the same day of visit.
7- Road Conditions: Very Good uptil Karen. Any vehicle can go there. After Karen, it is recommended to take vehicles with high clearance and expert drivers. We have three coasters with same road clearance. Two did not get hit but one did as its driver was the least experienced. As you can read on other threads, the major obstacles are the great Nallah before Sharda and Sharda-Kel Road (Avoid it in rain especially).
8- Dhani Waterfall: There are two sizeable water channels after 45 min to 1 hr drive from muzaffarabad. The first one is not high but its width is good. The Dhani waterfall is the other one , which is quite high but of low width. Before Dhani Waterfall, comes the Dhani Village and Dhani Telephone exchange.
9- In case of coasters, only 1992 model coaster will go upto Kel. Also saw Corolla, Mehran, Hi-aces, Hi-roofs reach uptil Kel.
10- The people of the valley are simply much more than amazing. Especially at Sharda and beyond. Such hospitality can not even be imagined here in Lahore. The valley is safe, free of crime and people will help you in case of any problem.
11- If you want to enjoy the tour, then leave Nakhra aside and just cope with the circumstances. Enjoy the nature
