Salam.Want To Visit Neelum Valley In October On Pubic Transport from Rawalpindi. With My Uni Friends Is it Possible In October? Public Transport Availability? And Weather Condition ?? And Bus Service From Rawalpindi to Kel...timing and details........ please Share Ur experience Thanks In Advance

Yes you can go in October, it will be cold but manageable. From Pindi you can take Daewoo to Muzaffarabad, From Muzaffarabad Lorry Adda... Take rocket bus for Kel. takes approx 10-12 hours... better to take early in morning for sight seeing en route.

Muzaffarabad to Kel buses ply all the day.. from early morning to 8 or 9pm in night. Kel to Taobutt jeeps ply all day.
Kel to Taobutt 4-5 hours in PT Jeep.
